At the heart of the work of Jonathan Delachaux can be found four characters: Naïma, Johan, Vassili and Arthur. They became the models of Jonathan Delachaux 20 years ago. The artist paints their lives, their wanderings and their creation.
For this exhibition, Jonathan Delachaux uses a new technique: he paints upside down, with phosphorescent pigments that, once night has fallen, open the door to a new world. Who, between his characters and us, become the observer?
